This website is owned and operated by Cousins Properties Incorporated (together with Cousins Properties LP and their respective subsidiaries, “Cousins,” we” or “us”). Cousins is committed to respecting your privacy during your visit to our website. This notice (“Notice”) describes the types of information we collect about visitors to the Cousins website, how we may use the information and with whom we may share it.
Information Collection. When you send an email to Cousins, visit our Sites to browse or complete one of our online forms (such as the Email Alert form), you may provide us with Personally Identifiable Information which we may collect, use and store. In addition, Cousins also may collect or log other User Information that cannot identify you personally when you visit our Sites. This User Information may include
- your IP address and your domain name;
- the type of computer modem and Internet browser you are using;
- the number of times you visit our Sites and the particular pages you view or features you use;
- the date and time you access our Sites;
- If you navigated from or to another website, the address of that website;
- the length of your visits to our site;

Cousins will not share your Personally Identifiable Information with non-Cousins companies for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
You are entitled to make certain choices about how we communicate with you and the information we collect from your and share with third parties. You may choose not to receive marketing email communications from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails, adjusting your email preferences or contacting us as specified in the “How to Contact Us” section below.
If you have joined our Email Alert service, we may send you, via email, alerts, notifications, press releases or notifications of press releases that have been posted to our site. If you do not wish to receive these communications, please unsubscribe using the automated system.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to obtain access to personal information we maintain about you by contacting us as indicated in the “How to Contact Us” section below. To protect your privacy, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to the information.
Data Security. We have no responsibility or liability for the actions or policies of these independent sites, do not endorse any product or service that may be mentioned or offered in such sites, and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.
Children’s Privacy. We do not intend for our Sites to be used by children under the age of 18, nor do we seek to collect information about children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide us with any User Information and promptly exit this site. We encourage parents or legal guardians to talk with their children about the potential risks of providing information over the Internet. Cousins does not knowingly collect, distribute or share any information from persons under 18 years of age, and Cousins is under no obligation to verify that persons accessing the Sites are, in fact, over 18 years of age. If Cousins becomes aware that a child under 18 years of age has provided information to Cousins or the Sites, Cousins will take steps to remove such information.
Notice Updates. We may update this Notice to provide clarification or notice of our changes to our practices. If we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of this Notice.
Non-United States Residents. If you do not reside in the United States and are visiting our Sites, by providing Personally Identifiable Information or other User Information to us, you understand and hereby consent to such Personally Identifiable Information and other User Information being transferred to and processed on computers in the United States and other countries. Do not provide Personally Identifiable Information to us if you do not want this information to be transferred or processed outside of your country, or if the laws in your country restrict these types of transfers. Instead, please contact us to make your inquiry. Your provision of Personally Identifiable Information to us will be handled in accordance with this Notice.
