Cousins Properties Announces Its Second Quarter 2016 Common Stock Dividend

ATLANTA, April 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per common share for the second quarter of 2016. The second quarter dividend will be payable May 27, 2016, to common shareholders of record on May 13, 2016.  The $0.08 per share quarterly common dividend equates to $0.32 per share on an annualized basis.
